Terms of Service

1. Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system (Fresha) or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless a finance arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Cash payments may be accepted at the practitioner’s discretion. Finance options are available through FacesConsent for eligible treatments.

5. Treatment Consent

All clients are required to complete a consultation and consent form before any treatment. This includes a medical history questionnaire to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate for you. Consent forms are processed digitally through FacesConsent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any point before or during treatment.

6. Liability

Nadia Skin & Aesthetics is fully insured and operates in accordance with industry safety standards. While we take every precaution to minimise risk, all aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks which will be fully explained during your consultation. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of potential risks and side effects. We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Age Restrictions

All clients must be aged 18 or over to receive aesthetic treatments. Valid photo identification may be requested to verify your age. We do not provide injectable treatments to anyone under the age of 18, without exception.

8. Complaints

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly. All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and responded to in a timely manner.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
